Our breaker overhaul includes removing the operating mechanism from the breaker, and completely disassembling it. The upper terminal is disassembled and inspected for any damage or uneven wear. After the circuit breaker is completely disassembled, all parts are degreased, cleaned, and polished. Parts are inspected and any damaged parts are replaced. |

The breaker is now ready for reassembly. After replacing needed parts, the operating mechanism is lubricated and reassembled. Only after passing inspection, all moveable contacts are reassembled and adjustments are made to ensure that the contact pressure is correct. The breaker is then completely reassembled and is ready for load testing. |
